PES Alphamine Review

So first off I really liked this product as it can be used for quite a few applications. 

I ended up getting the Raspberry Lemonade flavor as I found on some forums that it is the better flavor of the options available.  It actually tasted very good, and tasted better than a raspberry lemonade flavored crystal-light packet. 

One of the best things about this product is it has 84 SCOOPS!!    84!!!  I was actually pretty amazed with this fact, as most companies make the servings per container much smaller than that so that you have to buy it more often.  Per dose I did average taking 2 scoops at one time, and an average of a total of 4 scoops per day.  It didn't feel too strong, but it also felt similar to the Alpha T2 which is their caffeine-free fat burner in a capsule.  They designed Alphamine to be a upgrade to the Alpha T2 for the people who wanted a little bit more. 

Favorite 3 ingredients in this product. 

1 - Higenamine HCI.  This ingredients is a beta-agonist which does very similar actions to what asthma medication is designed to do.  It not only helps with opening up your lungs but it also stimulates fat oxidation from the specific "sticky areas" of fat that are usually hard for people to get rid of.    Many Bodybuilders have resorted to using things like Albuterol and Clenbuterol to help with this fat oxidation in the problem areas, but this is an herbal and "legal" solution to the problem.   There has even been a study on how well it works as a beta-2 agonist which you can read about here.  

2 - Pausinystalia yohimbe alkaloids.  For anyone who doesn't like the way Yohimbe feels, (which it feels horrible and like death if you take too much at any one time) this is a certain extract of the alkaloids that act specifically as Alpha-2 adrenergic antagonists.  Alpha 2 receptors are the ones that tell your body to hold on to fat,  so if you block the Alpha 2 receptors, or use an "antagonist" it blocks that receptor so that it cant be activated.   BTW, PES calls this extract SA2-A™.  

3 - N-Coumaroyldopamine (NCD) .  I like the way this one feels, and there is a sense of increased muscle hardness.  Which also was beneficial since at times I was using this as my sole fat burner and preworkout as one.   There is a possibility that this is also a beta 2 agonist also.  This is naturally found in chocolate, but of course in very very small amounts. 

The caffeine content in this according to numerous places seems to be around 100-125mg of caffeine per scoop.  But of course because this has other stimulants it should feel stronger than that. 

I really liked that they used Oleuropein from Olive Leaf, But from the amount of Oleuropein needed just for immune benefits or while someone is sick, I feel that this ingredient is very under-dosed.  

AND THEN THE RESULTS>>> 
  Well, with this one, one of the main actual effects is that I could effectively replace another pre-workout with this mostly because the stimulants were strong enough, and I did not feel drained like you do on some fat burners.   One of the things most noticed was a very decreased appetite and loss of cravings.  

I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs an appetite suppressant and stimulant combo that doesn't feel overpowering.  This would be for those looking to lose weight, and spare muscle tissue at the same time.

Dienazone vs Trenazone review (Transdermal Dienolone)

Iron Legion's New Dienazone is pretty much the same thing as Antaeus Labs Trenazone.

 There are a few differences that I would like to highlight....

 -First off in this new version they have added "fragrance" to the mix in an attempt to make it smell better than the old version that smelled a little bit like smelling rubbing alcohol and other solvents. Now the new version, Dienazone, smells like it really does have some type of scent added, but in my opinion it wasn't much of an improvement. My wife actually hates the smell and describes it as "campfire scent" or smells like I have been smoking cigarettes. I didn't notice it that much at first but as she pointed it out, I can tell what she means by kind of a campfire smell to it.

-Second, the hormone seems to crystallize a little easier than I remember Trenazone crystallizing.  According to my understanding, that when there are crystals or it is not fully in solution it cannot correctly go through or have the correct or designed permeability.  So for this to be effective still I just have to heat up the bottle before each use.  Usual method is to make sure bottle is sealed tight and let it sit for 30 minutes in a big cup of HOT water.  My method lately has actually been just taking the bottle in the shower with me and putting it under the water stream and shaking it every minute or two.    Both methods work great, but it just does need to be into solution for it to get through the skin correctly.      AND for the record I did have a different apartment the last time I used Trenazone and maybe the room temperatures is all that is different.   But either way before application one needs to make sure there are no crystals in the mix.

Effectiveness wise, I am not sure if this is still dosed at 75mg/ml as Trenazone was, but they did say that it was stronger.  If it is a little higher concentration this could also explain the crystallization.
I am halfway through my 3rd bottle of Dienazone for this cycle, and it is just as effective as I remember Trenazone being.  Just plain AWESOME!!   I used this in a mix of quite a few different compounds, but with Dienazone being the main compound at the end, and starting my cycle off with Triumphalis. Nearing the end of my about 8 week cycle I gained about 18 pounds (including some fat from too many calories) and have started cutting and lost 9lbs so far while cutting still on cycle.
Triumphalis I started at 3 caps per day, and went to six caps per day to finish off one bottle.
Dienazone I used 2 ml a day and will continue that out until I am finished with my third bottle.

These are current Amazon Prices for the products talked about.   I'm surprised some people still have Trenazone Left, But considering it hasn't been made for a while I would depend on Dienazone being a nice fresh batch. 

****UPDATE**** Amazon does not seem to sell either Dienazone or Trenazone anymore, but here are some reccomendations.

This is what it is like when a clutch EXPLODES!!

Well the clutch went out on my sister Shantel's Car.  After finding out her clutch went out, and we didn't know actually exactly what was wrong, we finally found the problem. Note-- this is after weeks of working only when available considering the fact that I work full-time and have school full-time.

This on on a 2002 Hyundai Accent 1.5L.

This is EXPLODED clutch material.  Basically one whole side of the clutch disc shattered, fell apart and like a rat in a blender mixed itself up real good inside the bell housing.  When I first opened it up it literally looked like a mouse had gotten inside and exploded, only without the blood or bones. 

As you can see here it literally looks hair-like and much of it got stuck in my hands as slivers and had to be picked out later.

New Cellucor P6 Black is going to be worse than ever.

According to Cellucor's website, They are launching once again the legendary P6 Black.  Which back in the day of about 2008 or so was one of the BEST products ever.  People were buying it at a discounted price of $99, and was retailing at Gold's gym pro shops and elsewhere for about $140.  This was back in the day of both the original Spawn and Omnevol. 

Sadly ever since this brand was bought out by GNC, the products have continually gone down hill in quality, and up-hill in popularity.  The product is supposed to be launching this next week on P6Black.com , although the website is not currently up and running. 

Cellucor is the new Muscle-tech, where everything is over hyped, and the ingredients are sub-par. 

****Secret New Ingredients*****
1.  D-Aspartic Acid Magnesium Chelate. Basically its D-Aspartic Acid Bound to magnesium.  Taken from the original website,--' “When magnesium is chelated with an amino acid such as DAA, it doesn’t readily react with the stomach acids and instead gets a “free-pass” to the rest of the body,” explained Lourenco.'
Funny thing is, that magnesium does this when bound to ANY amino acid, and never does this attribute to the fact that it will make either the Magnesium, or the D-Aspartic Acid any more effective. 

I AM NOT SAYING that I don't like D-Aspartic Acid, or Magnesium, as I have used both, and love both. I'm just saying as a replacement for the original P6 Black Name, this product is going to be a disgrace.   Very disappointed in Cellucor once again, but it's not their fault the FDA will not allow any new effective ingredients, it is just what the bodybuilding supplement industry is coming to.  
For example This is Pure D-Aspartic Acid for 15 Dollars!!!  Recommended dose is 3 grams per day, making this a great value!

1 Month Review of LendingClub

So this has actually been just under 6 weeks since I had invested in my first note. My total account balance is up to 612.18 from the actual amount deposited of 596.90.  According to my Mint account it says that is an increase of 2.55% in about 6 weeks, which I don't think is too bad at all.  :)  

The 17.66% is determined according to the notes that have received some sort of payment. 

This graph is a little confusing, but it at least helps one see that you are ahead of the game.  This is using Mint.com 's investing tracker. It is not really set up for something like Peer-to-Peer Lending notes, so it just gives you an amount invested vs account total perspective. All the red is supposed to signify where I was losing money, but really it is just where I had less money in the account that the ~$595. 

I like this mostly as it gives me a numerical amount each day of how much I have earned in the account. 

The 19.53% that you see in the right side of this next picture is the amount of all of my notes averaged, and I believe it also is including the ones that have not yet been issued, which as of right now I only have 3 that have not yet been issued  ($75 -in funding).

The .08 cents in service charges is from a 1 cent fee from each time somebody actually makes a payment, and then LendingClub makes a cut of the money.  I'm not sure if it will be .01 for every transaction, or if sometimes, I won't get the fee, or sometimes I will get a .02 fee. 

My investment strategies have changed a little bit after doing some more research, but I basically designed my own loan filter based on reading what a lot of other people had said that they are doing. 

I will continue to reinvest all of the gains, unless I end up needing the money for something very important, and then its basically a guaranteed income of about $15 dollars every month for the next 3-5 years. 

Using the Ramsey investment calculator, I came up with these possiblities.  Assuming 3 different outcomes. (1) I leave the exact amount I have in there and without adding any money to it, and without there being any defaults (which is practically impossible) I see how big it is after 40 years. 

Well I guess 1.4 Million isn't too bad, but it's also unrealistic. 

(2) I will add $50 dollars a month for the next 40 years, and also use my weighted average rate, but subtract the average default rate for my average note profile. 

Well That's a little more realistic, but 40 years out mind you. 

(3) Then this last one probably more realistic with a lower return, and more put into the account than average, assuming that finances do get better after I graduate from college. 

        Interestingly enough, this one is the highest of the three, but also required the highly amount of monthly contributions.

Hopefully this was interesting to you, and hope you feel inspired to at least start saving money to invest in the future. But also don't waste your time with a "High-Yield" savings account.  If you aren't at least beating the rate of inflation which is 3-5% than you are actually losing money, and the bank is the one making all the money off of you saving. 

Antaeus Labs Trenazone -->now Iron Legion Dienazone

After looking forward to this product coming out for some time now, after finding out the rights of Trenazone have been sold, the company has finally been announced.  Iron Legion, a relativley new company has started up and they have their first product of Triumphalis.  It should be similar to Superdrol in effectiveness, but the compound is more like epistane, and stanozolol.

The product I am most excited for is the new Dienazone product which will be, or has already replaced Antaeus Labs Trenazone, and will be the new owner of the proprietary technology.   There said there will be "improvements" but not sure what that is yet.  This new brand, or maker of Transdermal Hormones is very exciting.

Frankenphone Project (Motorola Atrix 2)

So my Atrix 2 ended up breaking.  Very oddly in fact.  One day I woke up and my phone was turned off, also noticing that my alarm went off, and luckily my wife's alarm went off.  I couldn't do anything to get my phone to turn back on, So i took the battery out, and it all went downhill from there.

I noticed I had to re-login to everything including my Google account on the phone itself, but nothing was erased.   I could Login to Facebook, and then I was automatically logged out, and it wanted me to sign back in.

Everything was messed up, and then the phone restarted by itself.  When the phone re-started got the same notifications that I got from that morning.  This happened

After about 5 soft-resets, 7 hard-resets, 3 resets done by the ATT store rep, and Motorola Customer service not doing anything for me besides telling me my phone was out of warranty, I then resorted to trying to flash the stock ICS rom hoping it might get rid of the problem.

I then resorted to trying to Root it, about 5 different ways, because the only way I could flash any rom at all was to have it rooted to that I could install a custom recovery so that I can load something besides the stock rom (which had failed)

NOTHING AT ALL WORKED.

So my next choice was to get a new motherboard or a broken phone with a good motherboard.  So I searched on Ebay on found an Atrix 2 that was listed wrong (was listed as an atrix, so it didn't have nearly as many views) and got it for about 35 bucks, and then I swapped the motherboard.

Starting the teardown

I started with taking out the good motherboard out of phone 2.  You first have to take the plastic backing off with 8 or so t5 screws, and then another 8 or so t5 screws to detach the motherboard from everything else.  

Remember to detach the wiring for the camera, LCD screen and digitizer. It will be 3 separate connections to the motherboard.

 then you have to do everything to the other phone, and then put it back together putting the pretty face back together with the working brain. 

And you are finished after putting the screws all back in, and making sure everything is attached correctly.  Put the plastic backing back in, slap in the battery, sd card, and sim card. 

And she lives!!! again!!  (this is the second time I have torn this thing apart. 

Educating myself about Biology

So I never took a biology class in high school, or even a chemistry class, but I have always been interested in it.   I have learned independent of the standard learning model, and done all the research myself with the help of the internet.
Turns out that today I found myself watching hours of YouTube Videos learning about biology.  Things that would have taken me weeks or months to find out, and study in school, I learned in one day.  Of course, I will need review and further study of the topics, but overall this way of learning was much more effective than anything else I have done in the past.

This is the first video, and I ended up watching the following 9 after that.

A little quirky, and silly, but the guys attitude really helped me learn and remember this stuff.   Oh and any of you who haven't seen this video, you will want to see it.

Batman may get rid of your cell phone service

Remember that one time when you couldn't connect to WiFi, and you didn't have a cell signal?  Remember also the feeling that your phone is useless to you and you might as well use it a a door-stop at this point?Good.  The future is being designed so that none of us have to deal with that anymore.  That is, as long as you stay around other people and don't desert into the mountains by yourself somewhere...

Good ole' Batman is known for a lot of things, but one thing he is not known for is getting rid of your hefty cell phone bill, until now....

Code-named Batman (Better-Approach-To-Mobile-Adhoc-Network) basically connects smart phones together directly to the phones themselves using WiFi.  This completely gets rid of your carrier, and would make it so that as long as one person was connected to the internet, that anybody connected to that phone could also be connected to the internet. 

I had always wondered when this was going to happen, and technically as of now the ability is limited to about 100 feet. 

Think of NO MORE cell phone bill, no cell towers, no more getting locked into a cell phone plan for 2 years just to get a nice phone.
